Even when it’s cold outside, you will stay warm at our cozy Gatlinburg condos and have plenty of room to spread out. Our smaller rentals have 2 bedrooms and can accommodate anywhere between 4 to 8 people. Our larger condo options have 3 bedrooms that can sleep a total of 12 people. The condo’s bedrooms may have single or double beds, and there may be a sleeper sofa in the living area as well. Our condos also have multiple bathrooms which is great for group vacations! Some of our rentals have Jacuzzi tubs in their bathrooms. Visitors love to use them to keep warm during the winter!

2. More Amenities Than A Hotel

The charming living room in a downtown Gatlinburg condo. When you rent one of our spacious condos in winter, you’ll also get access to great amenities that are a step above a hotel room. The fully-equipped kitchen comes fully stocked with the tools and appliances to make your favorite comfort dishes, such as chili, soup, and mac n’ cheese. The only thing you’ll need is ingredients. You won’t have to travel far, as there are many grocery stores near our property. When all the cooking is done, eat your food around the kitchen table or in the living area. You can also grab a blanket and sit outside on the private balcony while you sip a hot chocolate or a glass of wine. When it’s time to warm up, do a workout in the fitness center downstairs and break a sweat on the treadmill or elliptical. When you’re finished exercising, go back to your condo to take a warm shower, curl up on the couch, and relax!

3. Close Proximity Seasonal Activities

When you stay at our downtown Gatlinburg hotel, you are close to all the holiday fun. Winterfest is in full swing, a beloved festival that takes place in Gatlinburg and the rest of the Smoky Mountain area from early November through mid-February. One of the things visitors love about it is all the twinkling holiday lights. You can see them best at night, whether you take the SkyLift up to see them from above or simply stroll along the Riverwalk and take in the sights from the ground. Other winter activities include snow tubing at Ober Mountain, experiencing one of the indoor attractions such as Ripley’s Aquarium or the Salt & Pepper Shaker Museum, as well as exploring one of the many winter hiking trails in the Smoky Mountains!
